Oriented Silicon Steel
The (110) plane of the oriented silicon steel crystal is parallel to the plane of the steel strip, and the<001>axis that is easy to magnetize is parallel to the rolling direction. The silicon content of oriented silicon steel is about 3%, and the content of oxide inclusions in the steel is required to be low, and some inhibitors (MnS, A1N) must be contained. The magnetic properties of grain-oriented silicon steel have strong directionality. The iron loss value is the lowest in the rolling direction, the magnetic permeability is the highest, and the magnetic induction value is high under a certain magnetic field.
